I’m curious to think of what @111error has to say about Mason going into his #caps.

First it seemed like Al Swearengen was the villain.
That was before George Hearst came to town.In calling forth our own darkness to “burn down OSDM”, we gave birth to Mason.
We.
@bcbishop is right. We all have agency. All of us are responsible for our participation. All of us are in a cult, stayed in a cult, and reap the whirlwind.

I agree, @mike. OSDM does not live or die based on what is decided today or yesterday. Yet more to the point, I personally have not seen any direct evidence of OSDM as having done anything concretely harmful — certainly nothing on the level that would permit anyone to sit in judgment of 91 individuals + kin, and certainly nothing that has…[Read more]

The events of the past week reminded me of a Facebook post that went up back in early August. This is a tricky situation. If anyone wants to point any sort of blame at BOS, sure this may be it. That our actions did not prevent OSDM from retaliating against innocent people. BUT, unfortunately we know OSDM is much bigger and widespread than we…[Read more]

So uh…. @111error, this wouldn’t be the work of MyChild would it? Keeping “The One” away from the OSDM?

Last night, @111error and Stacey turned on MyChild. The outcome is that Morgan is now giving us, The One, the decision on what we believe the OSDM’s greatest vulnerability to be. After bouncing around ideas on Slack, here are some of the strongest options. Please reply with your vote. Feel free to add additional options if you have any that you…[Read more]

My answers to the question “where do you stand” will surprise no one, I’m sure.
I have hated the OSDM for ages. I met Michelle in the walls of the OOA and she and I stared each other down. A bitch-off if you will. I hate the OSDM for what they did to my friends, the innocents of the OOA, and how they used my friends, the community.
The phone…[Read more] -

@111error So, instead of physically torturing people you just psychologically tortured them a little, to find out if you could trust them? That’s supposed to make it all better?
Oh, it’s ok guys…we just sic’ed the dogs at ’em, and stacked ’em in a pyramid to make a point. Trust us, it was a really good point, and nobody actually got hurt.…[Read more]

First of all I want to thank @daela for her honesty.🖤
I think I managed to finally be clear with a lot of people on where I’m at, but I’ll restate for anyone who missed the ride.

Firstly, I want to thank @addisonborn for his honesty and for opening up this discussion again – I think it is of utmost importance to constantly evaluate your position, never allow complacency to set in. Secondly, I want to thank everyone who has shared so far. Standing up for what you believe in will always leave you vulnerable and open to…[Read more]

I can confirm the details posted here by @111error. This is exactly what went down that night. We were not tortured, we were not brutalized, we were not manipulated. We were tested, then given an opportunity to ask questions.

With @addisonborn‘s Periscope last night, I thought that people may appreciate a prompt that would allow them to explain where they are and why they are there. Allegiances shift as motives and means do, and sometimes people lose or gain faith in what one group is doing. When these shifts happen silently in the shadows, it sometimes robs the…[Read more]

Could it be Joyce was the mother of his child? Maybe in Mason’s mind, she was still alive in the trunk, therefore he would use a present tense of “is very involved”? The lyrics that @nothenrygale posted somewhat points to that.
In a way, I’m glad he’s dragging a corpse around and showing it off like a meat bouquet. Maybe now peo…

@111error Thank you for this! Do you mind follow up questions? You said that you had been meeting with Briarberg. How did you not know that “Jack” was involved? Did you not see him in those meetings? Who were you speaking with? I’m very curious to know who is in charge of that operation.

@111error Can’t blame you for trusting. Sometimes we need to believe in something or someone because it seems like the lesser of two evils. But this guy turned out to be evil. At least now we know. I’m sure it won’t end well for him either. I just hope his kid doesn’t find out what a monster her father is. I hate that a child is involved.

@111error Do you think he stepped in to help BOS because he saw some mutual interests or because he was only interested in using it for something? Did Briarberg want something specific?

Thanks @chelsea!
It’s possible we may not ever get any closure on who Mason’s ex is. If the OSDM is as big as it seems, the ex could very well be just another member. This isn’t some movie where Chekhov’s guns are laying about left and right waiting to be fired.
Looks like we were too late for Joyce. Perhaps Mason got all that he needed from…[Read more]

@chelsea Nice job on this write-up! My initial thoughts:
– I think it’s very convenient that he is revealing the existence of a child to you now. It seems like a strange tactic to elicit empathy towards him. Child or not, he’s a violent sociopath.
– Why won’t he just tell us how he and @111error first began working together? It’s frustrating to…[Read more]
