I just got a version of the call @thebuz received last night. Instead I had a mans voice whispering “are you listening.” I said yes and then a girl, calmly, on recording, said “I’m done, I don’t want to do this anymore, I just want it to stop.” Then some clicking, maybe a recorder stopping, and the call ended.

I don’t know if any of this makes me more inclined to have faith in Mason, but Mason at least is reminding us not to fall for distractions, something I myself will definitely admit I have been guilty of (credit to the razor wit of my girl Joyce for that tho, I’m a sucker for charm.)

Wow, Mason. If he’d been more forthcoming with his intentions and where he got his intel I think people would’ve been much more willing to help him out as best they could. His lack of transparency made him the mirror image of his enemies. But everyone thinks they’re saving the world, huh?

I agree with @chelsea here. I don’t think Mason OR a were afraid of anything. Maybe irritated? Or probing each other for information?

I also didn’t get the impression from her interactions with @russell et al. that @joycecarlberg was necessarily afraid of anything Mason was up to either, at least yet. It reads like two predators circling each other.

Maybe Joyce is just pissed that Mason is doing the “creep people out with mined data and invasive questions” better than she can?

Lucid dreaming implies a dream in which you are able to control your own narrative. It sounds like he’s asking if you’d be willing to learn how to control other participants within dreams. Couple that with those heavy hints that he’s been watching @creepsociety‘s every move and he’s starting to sound more foe than friend, to me.

@erisbonn definitely! We’ve been seeing themes of evolution, future humans, and even references to an old and new version of the Book of Anoch. It’s inevitable that what we think we understand is always changing. Everything’s a grey area. Even believeing you know what’s happening ensures that you don’t.
