Chris replied to the topic In-person registration in the forum SIGHTINGS 7 years, 11 months ago
Further word from Facebook: registration now begins at 12:30 instead of 12, with no mention of a hard end time. Only five participants can undergo registration at any one time, with some potentially taking longer than others. I hope their waiting room is more spacious than Mary-Lynn’s. Still no word on whether we should dress to impress or, like…[Read more]

Fangirls + @prufrock5150. Good luck! I’m interested to see if his concern for Sarah carries over. He may not love her in the same way he did, but he still owes her.

Another “Hello” to add to the pile. Chris W: 2009, officially iConfidanted.

More sinister than anything Sarah has ever said.

So no one is willing to dig a little deeper and entertain the possibility that the author was a prepubescent Tim Sinclair?
Just kidding, great find, @kevin!

Chris replied to the topic Sad Phone Call from Sarah in the forum SIGHTINGS 7 years, 12 months ago
Sure @pandace88, I meant that more to mean why would the kid matter to anyone ELSE? She seems to think the truth of his bloodline would save him from a similar fate. But why would that matter so much to the aggressors if they still have Noah around? If they think they’ll need a backup Sinclair, that doesn’t bode well for Noah.

Chris replied to the topic Sad Phone Call from Sarah in the forum SIGHTINGS 7 years, 12 months ago
I think we might be taking this more literally than we’re supposed to. Noah is not the one in charge and I don’t believe he is the one she fears violence from. To me, this reads like Noah’s actions are about to have dire consequences, and Sarah will be going down with the ship, but I read nothing here to suggest Noah won’t get the same. Her fear…[Read more]

A simple, elegant, brutal solution. I definitely prefer this to any talk of the OSDM being rendered as fictional as the OOA. This would also go a long way to explaining Noah’s presence in general. At first it felt random that the “suit guy” was suddenly a sinister Tony Robbins type. This explains that completely. May 1st can’t come soon enough…

Chris replied to the topic 4/21 – Calls from Stacey / Kristen in the forum SIGHTINGS 7 years, 12 months ago
Utterly devastating and exceedingly well told, @111error. @coryphella, I had the same thought. I’d hate to say it, but that second call makes it seem like the entire point of that coffee date was some kind of phishing expedition for something you didn’t divulge originally, and Kristen’s guilt of being a part of that got the better of her. You…[Read more]

Absolutely delightful, @111error, no fear. I’m curious to know if the things she asked you not to share are in a similar category as Macy asking for the email to be deleted and Noah’s bathroom cell phone. Real secrets are rare. What was the actual wording of her request?

“The greatest trick the devil ever pulled was convincing the world he didn’t exist.”
@bcbishop, this would be utterly exhausting if true, but you may be on to something. A long-standing sticking point for many people on here has been the crediting of Noah and Michelle’s actors in the book. Michelle’s felt especially odd, as she was nonexistant…[Read more]

OK OK OK… what? so the OSDM hires Darren and Clint as creatives/patsies for The Tension Experience. Next, the OSDM comes out day one saying they are presenting The Lust Experience. But then new investors come in and fire Darren and Clint. Why does the OSDM need investors from Panama? And what is the goal of The Lust Experience in their eyes? Is…[Read more]

Leave it to the investors to kick out the creatives and mess the whole things up. This would be an interesting explanation of his “consequences” remark. Because it’s true, Noah has been getting away with a lot of things he shouldn’t be, and it doesn’t make a lot of sense why he’s been allowed to continue. So this could be the investors checking in…[Read more]

This feels very strange… Can we get a ruling on this one? Though, for the sake of argument, if this is legitimate, could it be the start of a twist? Michelle and the OSDM taking our expectations based on what we saw in The End and subverting them in order to cover up what they’re doing? We thought the Tension Experience was real and it turned…[Read more]

It’s very interesting that the abuse continued and seemed to actually get worse AFTER she had confirmed you were off the list. I had assumed Stacey made the decision to cut you after the horror of the emails, but that the imposter immediately requested it him or herself, Stacey complied with the request, and then was the victim of harassment…[Read more]

Not yet. Though if I had to guess based on her picture and the gender of her 22 friends all from Buffalo, I would be willing to bet she’s actual spam. I sometimes get friend requests from accounts listing my hometown with nothing but a profile picture of a pretty girl. Looks like poor Otis just learned a new internet lesson. Though considering…[Read more]

@shaun I’ll be curious to see if Stacey rejects anyone on a technicality by not following instructions. If anyone, say, sent it without changing the subject line or writing their name as (first name last name) instead of (last name, first name). Stacey doesn’t seem particularly nit-picky, but the way she said “follow these very simple…[Read more]

I’m still wondering about the motivation. The person clearly isn’t trying to get into iConfidant as you, they’re being so offensive that no version of Andrew Kasch is admitted. I don’t know how hard I would fight against this shadow just to join the same accepted list as everyone else. This is making me worried about being on that list. It feels…[Read more]
