Thank you @seandecker.
@thebuz: Remember that time Gatekeeper2 said we played out our roles to perfection, with a strength and conviction that surprised them all? It was my honor being named alongside you.

Kimberly Stewart replied to the topic Personality and the Active in the forum SPECULATION 8 years ago
@hazelverse Your opinion sounds quite a bit like that often repeated phrase: “Only the active move forward.” There were some glitches (for example: press) to the contrary, but generally speaking those who were engaged most the first time around were those with the most noticeable or opinionated personalities. This time we are seeing a twist on…[Read more]

You have no idea what you are celebrating and you will soon need each other more than you could ever realize.
A few things:
First, thank you for always watching and commenting on important topics.
Second, I’ve never placed a judgement on the replies, or lack thereof, received by The System. I figured that would be foolhardy…[Read more]

I’m just glad you’re back @moustachemax! You have such a creative mind and unique way of looking at the world. I can’t wait to hear your thoughts and theories. (For those that experienced HYSJ: Pet Theory, anyone?! So classic. Love, love, love.)

Kimberly Stewart replied to the topic Cycle of Abuse in the forum CONJECTURE 8 years ago
I love this point @bruinbown. Although I’m not a survivor of abuse, I do use immersive experiences as a way of experiencing things I could or would never do in the real world. In this way, it’s a personal growth mechanism. I can explore boundaries and reactions that otherwise would not be safe to explore.

I recommended about 30 friends for him, so don’t be surprised if you too are soon his friend (assuming you hadn’t sent your own request).

Kimberly Stewart replied to the topic Cycle of Abuse in the forum CONJECTURE 8 years ago
Both very good points @ah-lay & @theladyj. I feel very confident in saying that no one in front of or behind the curtain wants a participant to be truly damaged by this piece of theater. Lust/Tension is for a certain type of audiences (horror/mystery…) but certainly not for everyone. I’d never judge someone who safety’d out of a show. To the…[Read more]

@bruinbown I personally believe everything is fair game, but there really are no rules on the matter.

@pandace88 I think the most obvious answer to this is in regards to the fourth wall and how often The Creators blew it to smithereens during Tension. We used to find ourselves relying on the logic of “it’s a show… suspend disbelief” just to be made fools when the thing in question became a relevant part of the show.

I have so many thoughts on this topic right now, but I’m not certain how meta we can or should be getting on this forum. Is there any guidance or recommendations from anyone on that front?

Kimberly Stewart replied to the topic Cycle of Abuse in the forum CONJECTURE 8 years ago
@genghistwan: I’m trying to figure this out… I personally didn’t experience anything that I’d consider to have been a cycle of abuse from the Creators. If you are referring to things that occurred within the story, I can see this, but I’d remind that the genre we’re dealing in is likely categorized as Psychological Horror, so some violence,…[Read more]

@nothenrygale In the past we saw numbers used to unlock webpages on official sites, for example: thetensionexperience.com/011710. The other thing that springs to mind are dates in history. Did anything relevant occur on 01/17/2010? Are there other numbers to be found and added to these to create a longer sequence such as a phone number? Will a…[Read more]

I agree @kingkill33. The thing that would truly break my heart is if any of us, including Noah and his kind, were injured due to something that could have been avoided.

Thank you, again @mike. Your transparency is much appreciated.
I just had another terrible thought. What if one day we are instructed to do something to a nice man named Otis or someone similar. Would we?
And now a crazy theory… What if Aleister Gordon is back in the form of kindly Otis Fletcher!

Ok ok @mike, it’s you (I think) 😄. What about Otis’ FB birthday, April 2, 1965. Is that his actual birthdate or is that just a random date you entered?

@mike: Thanks you. You sure are chipper this evening. Otis must be truly infectious! Or is this ShadowMike?! Hurry, tell me last time we had an extended face to face conversation. 😉

@mike Did he change his password or are you still lurking? sorry but I’d be remiss if I didn’t ask.
Otis seems way too sweet. I’m already awwwwwww-ing all over the place. I’m such a sucker for a guy like him. The only thing this could mean is: It’s a trap! RIP my heart.
