@bcbishop Ok, so I feel like there are two main options here that each have their own little branches.
Option 1: Mason is Briarberg. Briarberg is supposed to be the alternative to the OSDM. What if he’s playing cleaner because it fucks with the OSDM campaign of doing good shit? It makes us question them more. Maybe a deal was made with some…[Read more]

I believe we do have agency, @bcbishop. But I do wonder just how much of it we have.
How far can we go in pushing the boundaries? Sure, when placed in a box of their own design we can choose as to which path we take or which button we press or whatever. But now that we know what our choice caused, what can we do about it? Do we wait until…[Read more]

First it seemed like Al Swearengen was the villain.
That was before George Hearst came to town.In calling forth our own darkness to “burn down OSDM”, we gave birth to Mason.
We.
@bcbishop is right. We all have agency. All of us are responsible for our participation. All of us are in a cult, stayed in a cult, and reap the whirlwind.

Well this seems to be shouting relevance at us, considering the events of the past few days. Is this suggesting that @bcbishop is going to have to align with someone he isn’t gonna be happy about?? Mason maybe??
And are they calling us out about all our damn bickering & inability to make decisions or what? lol

@bcbishop YES. Every single bit of that.

Also, @bcbishop, if you lock yourself away from the world because you believe you are “right” – it blinds you to the actions of both friends and enemies. It makes you much more vulnerable.

There seems to be several references to the strengths (or “talents”) of individual participants going on.
@coryphella and @blondie, you gals got me thinking.
Mason brings up the talent comments made earlier? We are all valuable if we remember what are talents are? After Joyce spoke with me in person, she followed up with a phone call stating…[Read more]

If there’s a true enemy here, it’s absolutism.
@bcbishop This. So much this.

Inspired by @daela and her search for quotes about how people can be of use —
It strikes me that there are power centers that have emerged. These power centers want to collect people who are of use to them, and would get to them by learning what they LUST after (nudging their Shadow), give it to them, and thus earn their loyalty.
Who are the…[Read more]

Disguising voices would definitely mean the people on the other end would otherwise recognize them like with @bcbishop.
And 91 employees is enough to monitor the active LA folks.
That must be who these people are, right?

@bcbishop My anger is for another thread at another time, right now, let’s just focus on these calls and figure out what’s going on.
My call came in at around 5:30
@kevin – I was thinking something like that. Perhaps this was the company’s insurance money for “accidental employee death” or something like that? If they’re paying for college…[Read more]

I kid.
I wonder if this Lisa Stanley, the OOA Receptionist? That way she may recognize Bryan’s voice…

I think it’s a logical move @bcbishop. But, those resources being “relocated” could also have devastating effects on those directly affected. There is no way of knowing what the outcome of this action will be… but I support you decision, absolutely.
