Heh, I had the same thought re: the path representing the formation of BOS. There never was a resistance, but when many people resist, the road comes into existence. But the question that raised for me was:

Is MyChild controlling the Facebook account? Is the slew of hopeful quotes and pleasing images its form of BOS propaganda?

So to clarify –

Sounds like a forecast of this MyChild call.

Do you think they’re still eavesdropping on some/all of us, or did MyChild disrupt their bugs too?

And I wonder if MyChild was able to destroy hard copies, like the contents of that briefcase Joyce showed Russell.

I vote DATA and everything that goes with it. The OSDM’s greatest weakness is their dependence on us.

I do want the truth. But think about it – would any of us really walk away once we heard the truth? We knew they were laying traps, collecting data, eavesdropping on conversations, blackmailing people, and none of that has stopped us from…[Read more]

I guess the question is, do we want to aim for granularity or for covering as many aspects as possible?

If the latter, we could vote for “Their dependence on us” as their greatest vulnerability.

The trouble is that there are so many overlaps here. I feel like Emotion, Data, Conflict, and Lust are all bound up in one another.

@rizzzoooooo – this idea perversely delights me but what if false emotions ready the world for Anoch’s return just as effectively?

I agree that the OSDM’s vulnerability appears to be its dependence on us. Specifically on those they referred to as “the Core” but ultimately all of us, and our emotions.

The immediate options appear to be

1) leave the boards, don’t answer No Caller ID calls, sequester ourselves,

2) stay, but repress our emotions so we can’t ready Anoch’s return,

3) ?
