@bcbishop Sounds like Joyce said the 15 story building, not the town, is Pinewood.

From what I can figure out, it almost seems like this call was made in order to suss out exactly where this woman was located.

@bcbishop Funnily enough, I had just done that. @kasch mentioned Lancaster, PA earlier, but the tallest building in that town is only 15 stories tall (according to my quick research). And like Bryan said, that doesn’t quite sound like Joyce, but that could just be the quality of the recording.
