I’m not sure how/if that ties anything together, but from what he said they seemed linked from his perspective…

That’s definitely the sense that I got @mkarrett. Again, it could just be an act, but it certainly seems like the puppet master has become the puppet – and doesn’t know which end is up.

The Tic-Tacs suggest Noah staged each scene. If he left the hotel to make his appointment with @lilmsfancpants, then it stands to reason that the book/books he had with him could be the ones Darren was referring to.
