I was thinking maybe it’s just because of being a holiday weekend.

I don’t find the silence to be unexpected, though it is extremely unsettling. The actions of @confuseddude may have screwed up some plans, or at least timelines. He pulled back the curtain a little further and confirmed some suspicions I’ve had. They lost the Otis Facebook connection as a resource and Andy’s mom is poking around. Someone asked if we believe they are always watching and I say, yea, I do. Is the lack of someone advertising that directly proof that they aren’t? Absolutely not. I’m afraid they may see this as time be time to employ more effective means which is scary because I believe we have no idea the resources and plans they have. After my completely meta response to the complaints of things not moving fast enough I realize that I’ve been quite the fool. I’ve focused on and bought into the meta, hook, line and sinker and and ignored the forest for the trees. I donned my rose colored glasses and have been naive and assumed there couldn’t possibly be any consequences to participating. I think this may have been a mistake, but I also know their is no turning back. I’ve said it. I’ve shared it. You can’t un-make the coffee.
