So about 20 minutes ago someone joined the forms named @herderlogtimor.
He posted a message that went as follows:
TITLE: the first and the last
TOPIC: You’re losing them faster than you can create hooks to lure them in. You have more leaks in your ranks than a sinking ship. Stop ignoring me, and let him know I need an audience.It was soon deleted. So I sent an email off to double check to see if it was OOG.
The reply I received was… weird.
“There are people above us. People whom we answer to as well. If a thread was deleted it was from them, not us.
We act as monitors – this is the first we are hearing of the thread. WE did not delete it. “
They have never spoken to me like this (nor do I think @thegilded).
Something very weird is going on.

Well Jenna called him as we were leaving the bar, reminding him she was still out there.

Jenna and I have a long history going all the way back to the very first consultation at Tension.
She was sort my confidant or “Deep Throat” (the Watergate informant, not the porn star) …always watching in the shadows. Always warning me of danger.
The last I heard from her, she was wanting to meet and then she totally disappeared. We never found out who she was or if she was really a part of the OOA like the BOS was…
Showing up and then disappearing seems to be her modus operandi. So this very well could be her.
Going to reach out the only way I know how…

@lazysmartperson Who is the “he” that she’s talking about? Based on the response that Buz received, the first part of her post sounds like it is directly aimed at our trusty creators, but I think she’s referring to someone else at the end. It could be someone that we’re peripherally aware of, like Tom Barrow or Horace perhaps.Another interpretation might be that this message is directed at the Investors. Perhaps they’re failing again and have no one but themselves to blame. Every single boat we’ve encountered has had several leaky boards. In this reading, I have no idea who “he” is.

So between this and the leaked emails last night, there’s some cracks forming in the OSDM yes? I feel like we’ve always seen OSDM as a fairly small organization of a handful of powerful people, but now we’re getting the glimpse that they’re a much larger organization than we thought. The talk of sectors makes me think of a large complex.
And of course, the bigger the organization, the more likely leaks are. This is turning out to be one leaky ship.
So is our “red room girl” here one such leak? Is she less a “character” than we thought and more so an OSDM employee who is working against them from the inside? Or maybe she’s the sweet but toxic stuff. She’s working FOR the OSDM, setting herself up to be a help to us, when really she’s setting us up for a trap. There’s no better way to make someone seem trustworthy than a big shadowy organization trying to stifle them. It’s the Streisand effect. If you want to make damn sure people hear about something, you try to censor it. I mean hell, look at how much activity has happened in this thread over something that was only on the forums for maybe a handful of minutes.

@thebuz Fluffernutter sounds nothing like Barrow to me, it’s very apparent he’s younger based on his voice. And he was trying to tell me and Rizzo not to trust what might seem sweet because it could be deadly. That fits; we didn’t feel threatened by him initially because of the way he looked, but we certainly felt a sense of warning by the end of our conversation.
He also said that “people come to [him] for things” because of his appearance and attitude. If this is the same person who called you, it sounds like he’s here to clean up a mess.

After this, I really feel like we haven’t met “him” (The King) yet. I don’t think it’s Horace, I feel like she could get a meeting with him for some reason. He’s not that illusive, showing up at daytime rituals and such. But it is a “him” and not a “her”….as some previous theories have suggested. Intriguing…

@thebuz That’s bizarre, has anything like this ever happened in the history of Lust or Tension? That seems out of place, like this is something being planted by someone else. Like a long con or a set up of sorts.
Here’s an idea, maybe your emails to Lust are being intercepted, and someone is working from the inside. Is is possible that this is actually the work of Stacy from Iconfidant? Maybe she teamed up with someone else, and she’s helping them gather information and hack into the forum, FB, IG ect. Has anyone talked to her lately or know how to contact her, just an idea.

@mistere I mean, if anyone has the tech knowhow to hack into the Lust emails, it might be Stacey. We never did find out how good she is with tech, but it sounds like she’d have decent computer skills if she came up with iConfidant (even if it was taken over). I’d love to see Stacey fight back!

That is an EXTREME stretch. I have zero reason to believe that anyone other than who @thegilded and I normally reach out to for mod concerns was behind the emails to me this morning.
This is very consistent with what happened with @wanda102 and @rizzzoooooo’s meeting with Fluffer guy. According to them, the person that called and threatened me sounded very similar.
And he told them he was brought in to clean up some things.
So in this instance… I, in his eyes, abused my mod powers by sharing the deleted post and my email correspondence. That’s why he called and threatened me with a reaallly bad headache.
I don’t think we’ll be hearing from Stacey for a long while.

What @thebuz says also fits with what Fluffernutter (can we get a better name holy god) said about seeing what seems like a “sweet” option that can actually kill you. If he’s the same person who called and threatened to hurt Buz, then he was absolutely describing himself. He was polite and almost friendly to myself and Rizzo, but when it comes down to it, he’s perfectly capable of causing harm.

If this indeed Jenna, who else had a connection to her? I feel @kasch was the one who connected to her the most and she seemed, at times, to trust him.
Jenna requested a meeting with me very early on (after the initial consultation last year) but we did not connect. She kept asking me about things that I had no knowledge of and it felt to me she was grasping for more information from me rather than trying to help me as she claimed.
If she has reappeared, I wonder if this means she was never able to “get out” the way she kept saying she wanted to do. Well… I wonder if she still feels threatened? -
Chiming in here: whoever it is that we normally speak to has always spoken frankly and with authority except in two conditions: one was this instance. The second was when the south American investor called us.
Whoever they are, they answer to forces bigger than them and it seems like the ones running the show are the ones putting plans in motion right now

Yea the dude was incredibly relaxed on the phone with us. Like suuuupppper chill bro type voice. I mean, he ended the last call with giving us the locations and saying “cool, see ya soon”, which almost never happens with lust type people… usually it just ends with a *click.As @wanda102 said, he was pretty polite with us up until that line of, “you both know this wasn’t about food, never silent”. It was still polite but he brought a sort of gravity to it that just brought the overall tone of the meet to dead serious. I wouldn’t be surprised to learn it was the same dude who called you, @thebuz.

I never knew this Jenna, but whoever the Red Room Girl is, I’m not sure she’s on our side. That original post sounds like someone who thinks they can entice us better for whoever is at the top. Like we’re the mice and she has a better mousetrap. The post wasn’t FOR us, it was to get the attention of someone inside because she knew they’d be watching and for whatever reason she’s been cut off from all other lines of communication. If the writer ever does come back, I don’t know if I’d trust her.
