Pretty early for the OSDM, they have had a history of normally calling later. My money would be on a spam call.
Given that they didn’t leave a message, I’m going to choose to believe that’s exactly what it was.
Does the OSDM usually leave voicemails if you miss a call?
No. But given that no message was left it’s basically decide it wasn’t them, or live with eternal regret. 🙂
