The boss’ wife came in to the office today. She was holding a bag, so I’m guessing she was bringing him something — who the fuck cares, that’s beside the point — the really interesting thing was how she acted around me. She gave me this look like.. almost as if she understood my situation. Does that make sense? Is it ridiculous to think she could be experience a similar feeling of neglect, only as his wife? I don’t know. Maybe that’s stupid.
