I think we may be getting a bit in the weeds worrying about a specific symbol. “A” stated that there have been many so good it has used in the past. The specific sigil or logo means less than what it represents. (Think a product being rebranded)

I find this extremely interesting. In a lot of ways it seems to fit in with what we think we know about the Creators. Also, a clever strategy for TPTB.

Because Horace was still getting his readings. no one was running away from Lust, and Horace didn’t give two fucks. Or did give two fucks. Or gave his last two fucks. The joke is still a little grammatically unclear to me.

I agree with the general idea that Horace was not part of Noah’s game. I think. Horace is doing his own thing, leaving Noah to run The System.

That leaves me with more than a few questions.
1. Did Horace think Briarburg and Mason and Joyce and all of that were real?

I don’t know about this. I know the idea has kind of been there in the background. But Noah, even today, said his father doesn’t care what he does with The System, as long as Horace gets his data. That sounds to me like Horace allows Noah to do what he does, not the other way around.
