Do you think we have met the one whom is in charge?
How often do you know of someone whom is the head of an operation actually making themselves known by getting their hands dirty?
I have a feeling whom ever is actually in charge and behind the OSDM, Investors, OOA, The System, iConfidant, BOS, and The Clockmakers is the same person. We haven’t met him or her yet, and if we have it hasn’t been in a way where they would have appeared to have gotten their hands dirty with any of it. Or they wouldn’t have made it known to us.
One could not mess with the small details in such a hands on way as to get directly involved and show their face if they are actually in charge. There’s way too much of a bigger picture to worry about for someone in charge to get hands on with the details. To put this in a metaphor, the one hammering the nails rarely is behind the building of a house. That is because a contractor cannot concern himself with the time investment of picking up the hammer – – especially when it isn’t the only house he has under his construction.
Either that or we haven’t seen them in that light yet. How heartbreaking would it be to find out someone we least expected, like Otis or Sabrina were behind all of it and merely played us like the fiddles waiting to be played that we are…
None of us have a fucking clue and to think you do is to accept your own failure.

If the organization structure chart from Tension was any indication, each “experience” that we’ve seen has its own structure, reporting to the Clockmakers who, in turn, report to…. someone/something else entirely.
If there’s a “big boss” to all of this, I doubt very much that we’ve met them, or if we have it’s been only in passing. I imagine they’d be more the type to have their underlings report to them rather than dirty their hands by getting involved directly

Darren borrowed money to do Tension from the wrong person, that’s for sure.
Whomever these investors are made the investment and now they appear to be hijacking the production.
