So potentially we have a succubus in our midst (but not necessarily, maybe TPTB just like creepy art, but we know better to think that).
Obvious option is Sabrina, but instead of her power coming from sexual activity, maybe she’s feeding off of the emotional activity? She’s able to control a good number of us through our emotions where succubus control men through sexuality.
Of course, maybe we haven’t me our Lust succubus yet. Who knows, maybe THIS is the sex chapter and someone’s about to get introduced to a very flirtatious person who’s able to fulfill their every sexual desire. All in exchange for a little bit of power and control of course.

Before looking at the title, the first thing that stood out about this was the connection between the quote and the image itself. “Life begins on the other side of despair,” and then there’s a plant (and the only thing with real color in the image) growing out of a skull. Sabrina’s reemergence came after the death of her friend, and though I’d guess she’s still dealing with that despair, she appears to have a new purpose and reason to step directly back into all of this.
While she was everyone’s iConfidant and showed up there, these are her first actions towards us as Sabrina, since what, The End? With Joyce’s death, she’s got a new light for her own path forward.
