Could Noah's Son Have Been Conceived Through Similar Ritual?

Playing catch up and this question popped up. Since there is a heavy emphasis on bloodlines based off of previous discussions via the characters and since Horace is getting jiggy with sex rituals, could this be a possibility?

My initial thought is no since it was so important for Sarah to make sure everyone knew Timothy was Noah’s son.

If there was a ritual like that that conceived Timmy then there would be no reason to convince Horace.

Unless of course Horace wasn’t there but I have my doubts he’d skip a Saturday night Spring Ritual Sacrifice Fling.

Do you think it was to convince Horace? At the time it seemed like she just needed to keep the face of “perfect family” and was more to tell US/the public since we were the ones speculating.
