      Yes @nosnevets Usually the 4th hand is used for an alarm. If that’s the case, it looks to be set at around 7:00. That could be for his people to spam the board tonight, or possibly a clue to something going down in July. The minute/hour hands show 5/10 – May 10th? Possibly, but I think moreso May 1st (just easier to show 10 on a clock than :01)
