What is this?
©2024 The LUST Experience | Brought to you by the makers of The TENSION Experience |  Privacy Policy.
Welcome! The Lust Experience is a “sequel” of sorts to last year’s The Tension Experience. We are currently in a 4th wall-breaking, immersive ARG that presumably precedes a live show to begin later this year.
So the LUST experience is not currently going on then? The website is… Sparse.
This is chapter two of an ongoing immersive theater piece and ARG. Are you absolutely new to the entirety of it? How’d you hear about Lust?
I’ve never taken part in or even heard of immersive until I caught a ‘Verge Extras” podcast this week about the first experience, and was bummed I missed out on it. Is LUST active right now, or coming?
Lust is two parts: 1 is the ARG component. It’s mostly forum conversation with occasional plot developments in the form of personal events, dead drops, puzzles, ciphers, and videos. That portion of Lust is active right now.
Later it will lead up to a big, ticketed event that will be the culmination of the storyline presented here. That portion has not yet started.
It’s a little sparse because all that this site is right now is the forum
Thanks! Looks like they are using Shopify for the website… Someone should let someone know there are better ways of doing websites 😉
Haha the tech leaves a little to be desired but the important part is that it’s a cool looking forum that still works so that’s good enough for most of us.
We’ll accept the shit here because the prizes are so damn worth it. The events are second to none
crack
Seems that way…
It’s ongoing. We live off of breadcrumbs. The first dose is free.
Ugh. Dose went fast
Did I post this in a forum, or just out in space somewhere? The internet is too hard for me…
No worries, the organization of this place is a little confusing at first. There are two main categories of posts, both of which are catelogued in chronological order on the site’s Activity Feed. One is a personal status update, which is what you used to make the parent post asking what this all was. Only the parent status update shows up as a new post in the feed, and any replies you get on it will not. Visit any user’s profile to see their updates. The second way is to make a new thread on the forum, or reply to an existing thread. Unlike status updates, new topics and new topic replies will both show up on the activity feed. Poke around and read what’s already written, and if you have any questions, ask away.
