      Quote –
“And this is the forbidden truth, the unspeakable taboo – that evil is not always repellent but frequently attractive; that it has the power to make of us not simply victims, as nature and accident do, but active accomplices.” – Joyce (lol Joyce) Carol Oates

      Original Painting –

Lilith – John Collier, 1892 oil on canvas

      Description –

In this oil painting J.M. Collier introduces us to a beautiful young Lilith. A being of sinuous forms, of sinful sensuality that shows us its white complexion, its reddish and abundant mane. Nude in the solitude of the forest and with an erotic gesture embraces the serpent, seems to want to merge with it, the young woman lets the reptile surround her body and cover her body, in her gesture seems to reach ecstasy.

Fits very well with the warning from “Mr. Fluffernutter”.

Let’s not forget who Lilith is, guys. Adam’s first (and best) sassy lady, whose shininigans got her booted from Eden. But at least she has all of her demon babies to keep her company! And from the looks of this painting, it looks like that @lustadder is mighty cuddly…

I love how true this quote is: evil is often enticing and seemingly “sweet”. Fluff much? Is @joycecarlberg chocolate covered evil, with some sprinkled nuts on top? Or is she the real deal, and just so happens to be associated with evil?
