I never, ever write on the feed. But being the “girl from Intervention,” I can’t help but find this quote about opportunity and exploitation ironically hilarious- in all its glib-glory.
It just could not describe better the argument between myself and the creator of Intervention in some moronic Buzzfeed article. What I saw as traumatic exploitation of people at their weakest moments for financial gain for A&E, he saw himself as a superhero who catches the herioc swooping of their tough-love saviors after aggressively-edited, horrific footage (post- actions that they fuckin induce) on camera. Morons.
